Why is discrimination against different races just racism, but if it's against jews it's anti-semitism?

Genuine question, why do they get their own word for it?

In the Bible, Noah had three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japeth.

Semites are supposedly descendants of Shem, while the descendants of Ham were mostly dark skinned African types, and Japethites were supposed to be white European types.

Abraham was a Semite.
@MistyCee that answers the question? Lol. Murka blue side not like making sense,! Brains... Brains,!
@Roundandroundwego I know it doesn't really answer much, but the whole 3 races of humans coming from Noah, really does start a lot of the discussion about racism and how it related at least at one point to anti-semitism.

The Germans kind of turned the old pseudoscience on its heads with their own brand of Aryan pseudo science, of course, and who exactly were Hamites and who were Semites never made sense to me linguistically, but I figured, hey, why not throw up a post to make things even more confusing?
