@Northwest ICE does not grab people at random. They mostly go after people who there is already a final order of removal for. Aside from that there is precedent. Eisenhower did something very similar in the 1950s

Republicans want "guilty until proven innocent" on the basis of skin colour.

@BlueVeins the Constitution/Law should be changed so that ANYONE that doesn't abide by 'due process' to get into the country, shouldn't be allowed to invoke it to stay in ... it's not Rocket Science
