How do migrants to US with no resume who can't read English contribute to US?

Most of my work accounts right now, factories and warehouses, are at least 90% immigrant employees. They are making the windows and doors in your house, supplying your Costco and Home Depot stores with merchandise, making the plastic bags you have in your garbage cans and on and on. I see it every day.

They contribute to the corporations and woke governments who desire the vote of the migrant and the migrant's children. The corporations become richer through cheap labor, and the governments get what they want.
Instead of going to university to get indoctrinated, the American could be working on farms and picking food and teaching their children to do the same. This is the West in the 21st century, and other countries are trying to follow them.

@Roundandroundwego Didn't say it was good, or that it was a generality. Just reacting to the assumption that we should hold migrants to higher standards than the rest of us. Immigrants may not have transferable resumes, but most have applicable practical skills that are in demand, where language is not an issue while they learn English. Most importantly, they have the desire, the drive, to totally uproot themselves and in many cases their families to start over in a new culture, using an unfamiliar language, where they see an opportunity to improve themselves. It is the grit and determination that has infused America with new blood and energy every generation, including my family.
