I don't see any solar panels and the ongoing electricity costs not to mention the outdoor electrical hook-ups are going to be problematic. I don't think this is a sustainable practical solution.

In the case of a "zombie apocalypse"...I'm going to Sam's Club.
Lots of varieties of food,
Clean Bathrooms and plenty of toilet paper,
Well stocked with grills, griddles and propane tanks,
And they won't let zombies in without a Club Card.....
