I don't see any solar panels and the ongoing electricity costs not to mention the outdoor electrical hook-ups are going to be problematic. I don't think this is a sustainable practical solution.
@MarkPaul maybe we can flip the circuit so that the zombies generate electricity by walking on the treadmills, and then reverse the energy flow so they get milled into the pit of death
