I went for a job interview recently and they said ‘before we start, is there anything you find offensive we should stay clear off’.
At one point the interviewer flirted with me. And at the end he handed me a complaints form… I'm glad I didn’t get the job.

Ned, it's not DEI, it's the fact that applications are collected online, and no one ever meets the applicant until the day of the interview. We remember people used to exaggerate on paper applications, I'm sure those exaggerations have quadrupled now that applications are online.
