Does God Love Satan?

This question comes from my reading of Ezekiel 27, how the king of Tyre also represents Satan and kind of depicts the tragedy of the whole situation. Anyone have any thoughts on this in general?

If he does not, then he does not love everyone.

@REMsleep God created the being now known as Satan, yes? Was he unaware of what this being would become? Did he not foresee it? If so, why did he create him? If not, then he does not know everything.

@CorvusBlackthorne If we are going by the Christian theology yes God knew of course and knows everything.
Satan is not special, just a being of his creation like many other angels
or heavenly beings not bound by humanity.
God allows all his creation the power to self direct.
