God NEVER promised us days without pain.

He NEVER said that His believers would feel no sorrow.

He DID promise us HIS strength and HIS comfort..and HIS light!!!

Hold on to 2Cor12.9

‘My grace is sufficient for you, my power is made perfect in weakness.’

We are not promised an easy ride. Just resources to see things through.

Pray to be filled with macrothumia (patience, long suffering)
Pratesis ( inner strength, balanced view).
And above all agape ( going the extra mile, expecting nothing in return).
These are some of the fruits of the Holy Spirit available to you.

Your belief is your own choice. For me, I believe in a world without a god.

That the world is neither just nor fair.

My world view does not afford blame for problems without understanding or admittance of being unable to do so. It means I'll be in a difficult place when I'm all alone ot in dire straits, which will happen from time to time.

However, my belief in a world without god allows me to make decisions with only my morals and understanding as guidance. Something I think all people do but avoid acknowledging the consequences of their actions by using god as their blindfold. That if they use the bible as the rule book, everything therefore mus be just.

I work in a position where my choices affect peoples lives. If I don't understand why I do something, I can't understand my choices in high impact situations. That means I can't affect my outcomes positivly. If I followed just the bible, I would be broken from the stress and trauma. If I am free of it, I am free to find a better way.

Maybe try some other philosophy. Mans search for meaning by viktor frankl is good. The karamasov brothers, Cats cradle and even some fantasy books can press ideas into difficult spaces to find your answer. And good stories heal a hurt heart.

God's children are not exempt from suffering. The book of Job is all about the realities of suffering. Jesus Himself is acquainted with suffering, and suffered for us on the cross. Realize that God is there, He is with you, and ask Him to give you strength as you go through your trials.

Since God allowed His Son to suffer His wrath for all of our sin when Jesus died on the cross, we shouldnt feel like we should be immune to hardships.

Patience is part of wisdom and faith, if you're suffering it would be wise to read Job, all those answers are there

It all seems like one giant contradiction, god controls everything, ,but not suffering, Jesus died for our sins so why should we be punished now? Did jesus die for nothing? People say freewill but believe or else. People say god gives you the strength to survive anything but so many people don't survive. Why is the creation so flawed? Couldn't it be perfect? What happens to people who have no conception of a god? Who don't worship a god .say there is a tribe living in the jungle and have never heard of god or religion do they automatically burn in hell when they die? So much death and suffering done in the name of god ,by what are supposed to be men of god. In a world gone mad where is god?

You aren't- you're a one who's suffering. Not everyone who seems to be doing dandy actually is.

Once saved from sin by Jesus; Jesus promises us a comforter/advocate.
The Holy Spirit/Parakletos is very active in prayer and also there for encouragement!

Paul says to be contempt with what you have.

Because we are still awaiting on Jesus Christ at Rapture. Then, people will be selfless. When people are selfless, they help each other out in every possible way. The Earth has yet to arrive at that point. We do sin and this is a sinful world. We are a part of it.

The Good News is that it is a short span. Eternal life is of much greater significance than this one. There will be no sin there.

There's a lot of Psalms that say something similar. You are not the first to feel this way and you won't be the last. I could give you a slick answer: just have more faith. But that is too simplistic and not what the whole Bible teaches. I hope you experience strength and relief in your distress.

God is not man or even a hu man. God is a man-made outsole for traction on a regular basis. Bible be damned.

Everyone suffers. Good people. Bad people. Everyone. There’s no getting around that. The ideal of God’s teachings is that if you successfully follow them, you’ll learn to be okay with that.

God has nothing to do with your past karma, or present real life problems. What your true believe in god can help you is how you handle the current circumstances with inner grace, accepting the life as it IS, focusing on your action, not fruits of your action.
