If a person believes by faith in Jesus even on their deathbed, I believe that God will save them.

Jesus gives the parable of the wages in Matthew 20. There workers are hired starting from the morning all the way till evening. All of the workers were paid the same. No matter when in life we come to believe in Jesus, we are saved by God’s grace. Whether a child, a teen, an adult, or a senior adult, salvation is always there.

Then there was the theif on the cross. He was literally dying and believed in Jesus. Jesus told him, today you will be with me in paradise.

God is judge, and a person's faith will be seen to be genuine when they come before Him. So i may not be sure if someone comes to faith at the end, only God does.

It is of extreme importance that a person not wait, because you never know how or when you will die. Today is the day of salvation. Trust and believe in Jesus today.
@NoGamesTolerated Also this is a good one.

New International Version
Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death. 2 Corinthians 7:10

So, for the Poll its a YES.

But I feel I don't deserve his mercy at the time of deathbed ! Because I was very sinning.

But that is what makes us truly surrendering to our God. And it is his mercy that I will be saved.

Not my belief here or my bunch of prayers.

It's like, complete surrender and heart felt confession of our sins without any conditions attached. Because i.e how the mercy of God have upon us. It's a pure spiritual process.

Not in all cases. It all depends on the person and their intent.
@Random3838 I absolutely agree with you.

I believe that if God was never on their mind and in their heart , death bed contrition or not …they are going to a warmer climate .
@TexChik I certainly don’t want to take that chance…
Church of England here!
I don’t know what or who to believe anymore. 🤓
How does a story with such unexplainable happenings survive 2000 years and remain the second biggest religion..
they got burning bushes
They got immaculate conception.
They got giants
They got Water parting prophets.

Not very well thought out for historic consumption. Like they were shooting from the hip as they grew in size …
Or… there’s a big chunk of history being kept from us 🤔🤷🏻‍♂️

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Oh I must comment here on this one!

I ask you is anything to hard for God? I mean God spoke the world into existence. Made everything visible and invisible in this world and the world to come!

“Is anything too hard for the Lord…”
Genesis 18:14 KJV

17 “Ah Lord God! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee:”
Jeremiah 32:17 KJV

Have a great day. 🙂

It is like buying fire insurance at the last minute.
Kind of like when kids start acting a few days before christmas.

I am not holy or anything.
There is an expression that says "There are no atheists in a foxhole."

And just for some comedy, imagine this -
So that same kid gets nothing for christmas. He says, "but I was good!" and the parents say, "Yeah right before christmas. Santa knows what a little sh*t you acted like the rest of the year." 😄
