Could you spend 30 million dollars in 30 days?

Could you do it? Yes there are catches

I know this is from Brewster's Millions, but I want to know if you could do it?

A million dollars a day for 30 days
NativePortlander1970 Best Comment
No, truly and honetly, I do not think it can be done.
@HumanEarth Thank You so very much for best comment :) Brewster's Millions came out when I was 14 or 15 or so, and even then I had trouble thinking that some of the things, like buying an election, and other things, were in violation.

would investing it in a friends construction business violate any if the catches? if not i could do it easily. then from me its an investment in a business. any vehicles or property he uses it for will be his purchases not mine
bluegrasslover · 41-45, M
@HumanEarth well what if i made it a continuous investment indicating that no money would ever come back to me and stay in his name and be reinvested for as long as i live then i would never have anything moer than what i had before i accepted the challenge? it was an investment not a gift so the original 30 mllion would never actualy belong to him but would have been atil been spent by me without me reciving any kind of physical possesion of money back

@HumanEarth and if he used the money for anything personal that would be stealing it and not me giving it to him
WillaKissing · 56-60
Absolutely. Pay off my farm and pay to have it tweaked to all my expectations, buy my daughter her dream farm (Hell that could be just one day blown $1,000,000 all by itself with the stupid real-estate prices of today, pay off my siblings' mortgages as well as friends' mortgages until the One million a day was reached.

I could easily spend that money for the betterment of a lot of folks.
WillaKissing · 56-60
@HumanEarth Paying off other folk's mortgages and or buying them homes that I will never own myself makes it easier to do with todays inflation for sure.
@WillaKissing That would be considered charity, not allowable.
WillaKissing · 56-60
@NativePortlander1970 I was not thinking it to be charity, but I guess you're right. It seems I Always find that wet blanket from Portland. Dang it.
Primnproper · 56-60, F
No, my sensible, thrifty side wouldn't let me be that extravagant..
Primnproper · 56-60, F
@HumanEarth i think id find it incredibly difficult.
HumanEarth · 56-60, F
It would be and thats the reason. The reason to make you hate spending money
Primnproper · 56-60, F

samueltyler2 · 80-89, M

@HumanEarth it was a weekly early in the history of TV in the US. A man would appear at a door and present a check for a million dollars.

samueltyler2 · 80-89, M

Tastyfrzz · 61-69, M
I know a guy at the bar that could do that with pull tabs and still drink a six pack.
@Tastyfrzz No wasting of money or gambling is allowed.
Tastyfrzz · 61-69, M
@NativePortlander1970 i think it's more of a workout for him.
HumanEarth · 56-60, F
5% on gambling
oldguy73 · 70-79, M
just donate it all, like duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh???????????????
@oldguy73 Nope, not allowed
HumanEarth · 56-60, F
@oldguy73 You can only donate 1% of it that comes to 1 million dollars
Can I buy property?
HumanEarth · 56-60, F
@Spoiledbrat You can rent anything you want though
@HumanEarth As long as it's vacated by the 30th day, nothing left behind.
