Nah girl you'll get tips. Sure the classic pretty girls do well but most people go by service and you're actually super hot in an unboring way. Plus men are easy. Not even making a generalization, they will throw money at you for attention.

It's all about attitude. A server who's engaged with their customers should do well.

I tip servers for being good at getting my order right and making sure my coffe never runs dry. Cute don't enter into it if my food comes out cold or I can't get mayo on the side. Oh, and when I say no pickle I maen No F0ckin Pickle!!@

I always tip my waitress. I’m consistent. I don’t tip to buy her attention but if she’s bubbly and serves me well I always tip.

I worked as a server… as long as you’re friendly and personable and don’t fuck up all the orders or anything, you will get a tip. Although there’s always people who are just plain rude 🤷🏻‍♀

It’s a lot of hustle and bustle though… it can be exhausting

that's bs...sorry to be crass. but i have been known to frequent many bars and pubs over the years. i don't give a "f" who is serving me. all i care about is prompt service, a nice smile and a genuinely nice personality and one who understands me (and my friends) who keep us coming back....we have servers from various bars that we frequent who are hot, cute, male, female, gay, trans...whatever...do well at your job and treat people well and you will always get good tip....from us anyway.

I tip based off of service and how I'm treated. As long ad the server is kind, prompt and professional and personable that's all I care about. My mom has been a bar waitress pretty much my entire life. She still is in her 60s and still rakes it in. Give it a shot!
