Do you believe in ghosts?

Most are not believers until they have that earth shattering experience they can not explain. I have had a few paranormal experiences in my life. I have no doubts of an after life.

Beyond anecdotes, bad photography, and speculation? Why the need to believe? Clearly define what a ghost is and what it’s made of. Their abilities and limitations. Are they made of matter like everything that our senses detect? What is the physical evidence? Do they leave any residue? Emit or reflect light? We have machines that can detect far better that any creature, why don’t they settle the issue?

My adage is: If it’s not science, it’s superstition.

My mother was passionately opposed to any such belief, even denouncing it as a "mortal sin". Yet the night before her mother died she was completely convinced she heard the cry of the banshee. I think its something you have to experience for yourself before you can make a decision and I haven't.

I'm personally experienced, and I don't believe in them at all. I think they're a manifestation of stress/trauma, possibly a psychotic break.

Ghosts as in the spirits of dead people haunting the earth?

No... I believe in evil spirits masqurading as Ghosts..
