I’m 5’0 and 102lbs. How can I put on some weight?

That’s right! You heard me!
I’ve been thin all my life. I got bullied for being skinny. Two bigger girls in middle school would harass me for being skinny and “stealing the cute guys away from them.” In high school I went from 95lbs to 100lbs. I do maintain a healthy life style but I’m so fed up with being thin.
I wanna put on weight so I can be healthier. Girls that are naturally curvy should consider themselves lucky. They have the bodies most girls and women want! Men LOVE curves on a woman. Let’s face it, nobody wants to be skinny. Naturally thick or bigger girls should accept themselves and trust me, being thin isn’t always healthy and isn’t always good. I’ve envy thick women. Not every female wants to be thin/slim.
I want to get to at least 120lbs. Plus I’m petite and tiny built. I don’t wanna be overweight.

I think it's about being happy with yourself and finding the right person who accepts you as you are. Women of all shapes and sizes can be and are beautiful. You sound small but not unusually small.

Your body is where it wants to be. When you get to your mid twenties, your metabolism should slow down some. You will likely put on a few pounds when that happens.
My advice is to maintain where you are.

You may want to see about getting a physical trainer, especially one that will assist you with a good diet plan. It's possible that you simply don't eat enough protein. I would suggest consulting with an expert.

@PetiteJulie01 You will thank your lucky stars when you get into your 30s and all the other girls are bemoaning constantly having to diet or that they can't find cute clothes that fit or what have you and you're still cute and petite, just naturally a bit more curvier. Also remember that 90 percent of attraction is personality.

@PetiteJulie01 You get into your 20s and you still eat like you did as a teenager but your adolescent metabolism doesn't fire as hot anymore. If you maintain a healthy diet and a good exercise routine, you may increase your weight and curves more as muscle than fat. It's a lot easier to keep the fat off than to take it off once it's there, so you're starting from an enviable position.

I'm 5'5 and 115 pounds I eat good but don't seem to put weight on.
I'd like to put a few pounds on but it doesn't bother me and I'd rather be on the thin side than the thick side. 🤷‍♀️

@Lilymoon My mom said don’t gain weight for my body else and do it for myself but be glad I’ll still be thin when I’m in my 30s. I would complain about my thin legs and my mom laughed at me. I got angry at her for laughing at me md she said when I get older I Will be lucky to have slim, beautiful thin legs and some women will wish they had them. She told me everyone is built different and not every man likes the same body type. Yes mom but not every girl wants to be thin. I mean it is better than a overweight.

Try pasta with cheese.
Pasta and rice make me put on weight, so I cut down to have just few times in a month.

There are many men that do appreciate a lean built woman. 102 lbs on a 5’ frame does not seem to be excessively thin to me. But the key would be to put on the weight in all the right places…if that’s what you’re wanting to do. The personal trainer idea is a good one. At least to get you started in the right direction. If you want to be 120, you will also need to grow 7 inches taller. A 20 lb gain is a lot on a petite and short frame like yours. You would probably look chunky, unless it was 100% muscle gain. And that is very unlikely.

Honestly men go for all kinds, some prefer slimmer, some prefer curvier, concentrate on wearing clothes that flatter your appearance now rather than trying to change

Work out using weights. Work on legs and upper torso. You will gain weight and not get fat,

Biologically you're the perfect weight for your height, fuck those other girls, those guys were attracted to you, not them.
