Would you tell a stranger at the store you think they are attractive Just to make their day?...

I use specific compliments, and they only happen if truly spontaneously inspired, like:
" Gosh you smell nice"
" You have absolutely gorgeous hair"
" That skirt is just stunning"
" I gotta say, your whole look is so stylish"
" Man, your beard is terrific, (only said when you can tell a lot of effort has been put into it)
" Your style is so originally snazzy"
- stuff like that

I like to pick specific things that REALLY genuinely strike me.

Sure why not. I've complimented clothes before or basically anything. If I think someone has something going on and I'm in a social mood then I'll say it.

If a conversation starts and the topic of looks comes up I will. Otherwise I won't, mainly because too many people would feel uneasy for a random man to spout off a compliment, especially to a woman.
