I’m always saying , aren’t you a cute or hello handsome…I don’t care if some think it’s creepy….😉

If a conversation starts and the topic of looks comes up I will. Otherwise I won't, mainly because too many people would feel uneasy for a random man to spout off a compliment, especially to a woman.
