I'm a Sagittarius, so pretty much this...

Astrology is great for making excuses and avoiding personal responsibility.

@BlueSkyKing I'm cancelling my ambulance call.
Bewilderbeeste · 61-69, M
@BlueSkyKing Why don't you ignore questions about astrology instead of trying to start an argument every time someone posts about it?
@Bewilderbeeste Astrology's lack of evidence speaks volumes. Why can’t it defend its claims? Why does it deserve any respect?

Like most other fortune telling, it’s psychic ability with a prop. Just like tarot cards and palm reading. Are those equally valid?

According to Jim Morrison it is the most philosophical sign of all

@Thrust Interesting. But didn't he also want to start a riot just to see what the outcome would be?

@uncalled4

Sounds like him. The ultimate nihilist (thus Nietsche)
Bewilderbeeste · 61-69, M
@Thrust If I remember correctly, Jim Morrison didn't believe in zodiac signs. Yet he was in many ways a typical Sagittarius.
That’s so true, as a Sag
Bewilderbeeste · 61-69, M
That doesn't sound like any of my Sagittarius friends. I'm an Aquarius myself.
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
So either I have Sagittarius somewhere in my chart, or Sagittarius has something in common with Cancer.
Bewilderbeeste · 61-69, M
@LordShadowfire The only thing those two signs have in common is that Jupiter, the planet that rules Sagittarius, is said to be exalted in Cancer. Apart from that they are as different as a crab and a centaur holding a bow and arrow.
@Bewilderbeeste If you look into the mythology of the constellations, Sagittarius is said to be actually a satyr with a bow. Also there is a centaur constellation, Centaurus, that isn’t part of the zodiac. It features the nearest star to earth, Alpha Centauri.
