So pissed off

Since i’ve quit smoking i already gained 5kg!
Every one says : work out ... but i hate cardio, gonna try to dance maybe it helps? 😕
Exercise wont do much if you consume more energy than you use

Hmmm. Usually smokers eat a lot of candy. I tend to put anything to my mouth on habit. I went with vaping. It helps take the crave away.

dancing will definitely help but you've got to do it often, also you need to get as much water and fiber as possible. fruits, vegetables are good go to's 😊 you're doin great, man !! you've got this

I used to hate cardio. But there is something therapeutic about running. I stopped smoking nearly 10 years ago and got really heavy.

@Sweetpoison don't give up. I have to give up smoking cigarettes close to 2 years now. I was afraid of my voice. I had no choice to quit. I use patches. Next few months I stop using them. I went on without tobacco ever since. I'm done. I smoke weed at night to help me sleep which is It.

Sorry about the weight. I have like 5-10kg I'll never be able to lose without extreme measures.. my body is in love with this weight.. it will not let it go.. its bizarre. You'll lose yours when you start having amazing sex.. comes right off when you get fucked right.

Like Pepsi said, keep your calories in count. I personally dislike cardio as well, but what really helped me lose weight is weight lifting.
