I Battle Depression
On my way to work. Having a low day. Feels like I'm drowning. Can't do anything but sit in this bus and reflect on how shit my life is, how shit I am. I need a drink.

My best tip for feeling better fast....rub or tap your thumb & index finger, while you repeat a positive phrase such as I give and receive love....it rewires your brain in a way....it works....it was also discussed in an episode of the Americans, don't remember the season or episode.

I think we both know all to well that a drink will not fix this one. I hope you feel better, it is never too late to start your day over. At least you have a job and a means to get there, some don't have that. Things could always be worse

Depression is a sickness that you don't have control over... you are not any of that... it's the sickness that makes you feel like that... you can help depression by suitable medicin tho..
