Do you actually know your height or just say a rough estimate when people ask?

I do. I measured when I was way younger - in my teenage years - and then, just a few years ago as I hear that people lose height when they get older...and sure enough, between 1/4" and 1/2" I'd lost....

So...in a nutshell....Yes!

Yes, I know I'm 197cm because my son was determined to prove he was taller. The marks are still on the door frame. It was a couple of years ago though, so maybe I've grown 😏

I know it from when I was measured, though I feel like I am shrinking. It's getting even harder to reach stuff on the high shelves

I havent been measured for a couple of years. My ex measured me though so not the most scientific.

Im shinking!! I was 5ft 1 and 1/2 inch. That half inch was inportant!!! But the last time i was measured during a medical check...i was just 5ft and 1/2 in inch!! 🙁

Many many times it has been measured. Just the last three times going for the physical after a job interview. 🤷‍♂️
