My Goal today is to drink water - what's yours?

Pretty much the same thing.

To go to bed before the sun comes up

just to get through until tomorrow and hopefully feel better tomorrow
I know a young lady who cut out all sugar ,no tea with sugar or coffee ,any soda
just drank water and walked ,
a few blocks at first ,then it was up to miles in no time
She lost a lot of weight and toned up while doing it
I like water ,as long as its in tea and coffee ,I wish now I had walked with her
I am sure you have a goal too ,,good luck

To stay awake without passing out before I go to sleep tonight

Go to bed at a reasonable time.

To purge my room and get as much packed as possible

My goal for today is to not go insane if that is possible lol

To suck down 2 cases of beer and i'm well on my way

To stop you from drinking water

Declutter!!!!

Finish work and lay down

Drink beer
