Black Irish meatloaf?

Make a standard meatloaf, plus add linguisa and or chorizo ground up. In lieu of say, milk to soften your bread crumbs, or cream, I use 8oz of Bailey's Irish crème (Irish part) Black part=linguisa/and or chorizo sausage, jalapenos, pimientos, sliced olives, some taco seasoning, and a splash or two of Frank's or any other hot sauce. You make the loaf, gore out the top, fill w/ pepper jack cheese, re-pack the meat. Make a mix of A-1 or Worcestershire sauce, melted butter and hot sauce. Coat the loaf. Place in a pre=-heated 350F oven for 75 minutes. Remove, top with slices of yellow and pepper jack cheese, place under the broiler-watching as the cheese melts. Looks very similar to a full breakfast in Nova Scotia except we would not have baked beans. The baked beans would be delicious...I am having some for supper with cornbread!!😋
