I love lasagna in the winter...one of my favorite comfort foods!!😊

It used to be good, homemade macaroni and cheese, and cream of tomato soup. Now that I've become severely lactose intolerant, I can still have cream of tomato soup with creamy coconut milk, and I make a mean creamy pumpkin bisque with cajun seasoning.

It would certainly change your diet but I am glad to hear you have found some foods you can still enjoy!!🤗
