I Am Trying to Get In Shape

My Exercise is my Medicine (6/29/16 12:31am)

I'm finally back at it! I created a 'sticker chart' to keep track of the days that I exercise this month. I have a goal of 5 days per week. So far I've made it two days, and this 'medicine' is already starting to have it's effects. I have more energy. I feel increased confidence, because I'm doing something good for myself. And I've gotten my mom involved (she's 60), so it feels good to know that someone I care about is working on their health too.

Anyways... I'm obviously in the early stages of this plan and I'll keep you up to date. Wish me luck!
