@Stark I believe it. I have worked very hard at making very very good fried chicken. That shit is easy to do wrong, and I don't have a long line of mamas making it right for me generations back, lol.

@Stark I am. The key is to know what you want and go for that. A lot of people make a recipe and just go 'well this is a food' and stop there. You gotta go "NO IT IS NOT CRISPY ENOUGH AND SHOULD BE MAYBE A TOUCH SPICIER" or what have you, lol. The point is set goals.
