@SW-User successful means nothing not being smart to you now . It's what going in the inside makes you successful. I had a brand new car before before and about a week after I had I was suicidal and I realized material success dont mean a thing

@riseofthemachine It's not materials but a dream of mine. I'm not doing it for the riches but for my own happiness.

@SW-User that's understandable . Do you know where you find real happiness , through prayer and I'm not a bible basher by all means .
I was suicidal for about 3 years and I thought I'd never get out that dark place I was in and one I started praying and meditating and slow but surely I got out of it and after that I began to fear pain less and trusting that I'd be looked after and it happened . I dont have good days all the time but there a lot easier .

@Iwillwait Yea that too I forgot to mention. They have their moments, but I hope my parents keep living cause I dunno what I'd do at this point if something happens.

But I've tried a few new things. So first thing is, there's some trigger that just sets me off. Some part of my brain that's still wired like, if I'm asleep and I've set my alarm for 8:00am and we don't leave until 10:00am, he'll call my name, and then say, "are you up?!??"

I don't flip out on him, but that extreme anger is there. My problem is, in order to get rid of it, I have to throw things. But I finally figured out... I've got several empty plastic grocery bags. So I ball those up and throw them, instead of throwing my keys on the wall, or some other solid, physical object. It sounds so stupid, and childish, but that's how it is for me :( I hate it so much :(

@twiigss mine went way beyond that. I have spent decades working on mine, because when I get mad, people get hurt
