yeah so there was never an age I just used them. I think I was fourteen. They helped a lot and were a lot better for me. It doesn't have to be viewed as a sexual or too grown up thing unless you choose to view it that way. You know how those older generations were. They would have a stroke if they saw their daughters walk out without makeup lol

They should be preferred unless the experiences extremely painful periods. Pads are messy and overflow so easily.
