You trust this person?
Because you tell them, they could run to HR or their supervisor and start demanding to know what is going on based on what you told them.
Then you could find yourself in trouble with your employer for doing this.

Yes. Wouldn't you want someone to tell you? Pretty sure that training video has more to do with covering the company's ass from litigation than anything else.

@PatKirby I would tell them regardless of the mortgage or not....

I would be like, "Hey you know, the bedrooms have lots of closet space for DA BOOT that you are about to get. And the restroom has a "can". And to chop some firewood, better go get the ax."
If all THAT went over their heads, as i was leaving I would say, "Well, I better go kick rocks"

That's a real dilemma... Maybe not tell them they're getting fired, but try to get them to hold off on the mortage somehow.

I would tell someone they’re going to be regardless if I knew because I would want that in return
Picklebobble2 · 56-60, M
Under what circumstances would you be more likely to know they were going to be fired ?
Deadish · 31-35, M
Yes, it wouldn’t change wether they were going to be fired or not.
MrAboo · 36-40, M
