If You Knew Someone Was Going To Be Fired And They Were Gonna Take Out A Mortgage, Would You Tell Them?

We had a little training video that said we shouldn’t tell them they’re going to be fired but it feels like such a shitty thing to do.

You trust this person?

Because you tell them, they could run to HR or their supervisor and start demanding to know what is going on based on what you told them.

Then you could find yourself in trouble with your employer for doing this.
