If You Knew Someone Was Going To Be Fired And They Were Gonna Take Out A Mortgage, Would You Tell Them?

We had a little training video that said we shouldn’t tell them they’re going to be fired but it feels like such a shitty thing to do.

Yes. Wouldn't you want someone to tell you? Pretty sure that training video has more to do with covering the company's ass from litigation than anything else.
