If You Knew Someone Was Going To Be Fired And They Were Gonna Take Out A Mortgage, Would You Tell Them?

We had a little training video that said we shouldn’t tell them they’re going to be fired but it feels like such a shitty thing to do.

Yes. Wouldn't [i]you [/i]want someone to tell [i]you[/i]? Pretty sure that training video has more to do with covering the company's ass from litigation than anything else.
