We had a little training video that said we shouldn’t tell them they’re going to be fired but it feels like such a shitty thing to do.

I would be like, "Hey you know, the bedrooms have lots of closet space for DA BOOT that you are about to get. And the restroom has a "can". And to chop some firewood, better go get the ax."
