you need to drink like 2 quarts of water. and make sure you drink one per hour after that. I had that same problem. Like when you finally feel like you get to sleep the slightest noise will jerk you awake too. It's dehydration.. and partially anxiety. Just drink some water and try to relax.
Heart Pains? Hows your Pulse Rate? Acid Reflux/ Heartburn? [Drink water with baking soda in it. or Pepto Bismol] Have you done any drugs? Coke? Meth? Have you been coughing a LOT or had a sore throat?
I've been drinking water already, I've tried to lie down and relax and just breathe but it's almost impossible due to not being able to lie either on my back or on my left side. Lying on my right side is possible but it's hard cause it's not comfortable at all and I have trouble breathing
Considering my age and the fact that I'm healthy otherwise it probably doesn't have anything to do with my heart. My best guess is that it's "just" the muscles that's either veryvery sore or maybe I've got an inflammation, but I've been having a pretty severe pain for almost 24 hours now and it's not getting any better and I might have to have it checked.
