I've only slept for 4 hours due to chest pains..
Can someone please make me happier while I consider going to the ER?

I had GAD but haven't had any problems with it for about 6 months and there's nothing that I could be anxious about.

@aifoss: go to the ER so you can rule stuff out. Get it over with. Good luck, you will be ok.
