I've only slept for 4 hours due to chest pains..

It's not anxiety and it's probably not my heart.
It's just that I've never experienced this kind of pain in my chest and it worries me a lot.

well dehydration could cause it too. like theres a fluid sac around your lungs and when the membrane touches it feels like a sharp pain.
