I've only slept for 4 hours due to chest pains..
Can someone please make me happier while I consider going to the ER?

My pulse is higher than usual but it might be cause I'm stressed about the situation.
I've never taken any drugs, I don't have a sore throat and I'm not coughing (not a lot at least)

I've been drinking water already, I've tried to lie down and relax and just breathe but it's almost impossible due to not being able to lie either on my back or on my left side.
Lying on my right side is possible but it's hard cause it's not comfortable at all and I have trouble breathing

@aifoss: Go to an URGENT CARE place... cheaper and usually open till 2am... some 24 hrs.

We only have the emergency room here and even if it's not as expensive as it is in the states I feel like I can't afford it..
