I've only slept for 4 hours due to chest pains..
Can someone please make me happier while I consider going to the ER?

Considering my age and the fact that I'm healthy otherwise it probably doesn't have anything to do with my heart.
My best guess is that it's "just" the muscles that's either veryvery sore or maybe I've got an inflammation, but I've been having a pretty severe pain for almost 24 hours now and it's not getting any better and I might have to have it checked.
