you need to drink like 2 quarts of water. and make sure you drink one per hour after that. I had that same problem. Like when you finally feel like you get to sleep the slightest noise will jerk you awake too. It's dehydration.. and partially anxiety. Just drink some water and try to relax.

The doctors are suspecting a pulmonary embolism so nah, it's neither dehydration or anxiety
