Astral Projection [Spirituality & Religion]

Can Astral Projection be real ? can it be false is the mind experiencing the trip or is the astral body leaving the pyshical body?
I want to know everyones opinion on the matter.
It's real, first time it happened on its own. My soul was trying to re-enter my body as I was starting to wake up. I had it rush into me, causing me a massive jolt and headache. The soul can choose to temporarily leave the body during sleep to travel into the soul world. Most are not even aware of this going on.
@Casteddu2016: you're so right. some won't believe unless it's based on scientific evidence. Good thing that more people now are questioning what MORE is out there.
yes because i think there has been ppl where they have experiences and the other half that havnt are question more out there and thinking well your scientific views are not matching with the prrof and experiences these countless of ppl are having
@Casteddu2016: yes, agree with that. questioning something can lead to understanding it and certainly having an open mind of all possibilities.
I have no experience in that, but I'm not surprised that when one gives their mind over to such things, it could be possible, although I don't believe in it. I've never seen anyone do it, but I do know the power used to do that, if possible, would not come from God, so I feel it is a dangerous thing to explore.

letting things happen usually is the most rewarding results rather than forcing

I definitely think it can be real. There are many documented cases from people of all ages. But its mostly very young children that convince me of its validity. They have know way to know what it is they experienced. But many times can tell what happened or even draw it.
i believe the elderly and the children, can easier maybe the purety of the child as hey are so innocent not been tarnished by the world yet, and the elderly or the sick

I believe it is real. When I have "dreamed" of floating, and being able to fly at will, I know it is not a dream. It was too real.
@Xena1234: wow its experiences that u get and others that makes me want to know more about this maybe its why meditation is not prectised in schools as an education ? enlightenment is not in their best interest

@Casteddu2016: I hate to say it, but schools are mostly filled with propaganda.
@Xena1234: yes they are unfortunately
deffinetly happens , iv woken up many times looking down upon myself and then woke up but trying to achieve in the alert state is very very difficult. Practice makes perfect and for astral projection u need lots and lots of practice . 110 % it's real

I've actually been trying to do it for the past year, with no success. I think for most people it's just the mind, never know though.
i also have been trying along time few years, i am sekptic maybe my skepticism is keeps me from leaving my body ?
sighmeupforthat · 46-50, M
many who claim they've done it.. usually haven't.

thus it's hard to believe that astral is what some say that it's about.
scientists are quick to debunk it tho and also hard to say it does not exist

It seems incredibly unlikely. Mind/body duality doesn't seem to be a real thing.
i am starting to believe that also nothing is at it seems

@Casteddu2016: There's a very interesting chapter on 'Out of Body Experiences' in the book Paranormality by Richard Wiseman. It's worth a read.
thank you for the recommendation i will surely take a look on that

I think I done this by mistake.
@Enosan: very interesting nice to know it happens when not forced on, and thank you for the share
SW-User
Dude. I advise not to do it.
Not everyone comes back at piece. Some people loose there minds..
@Enosan: i have heard that also, some ppl have seen felt and never been the same after
Of course it can be real. The question is: why give it any more than a bare minimum of creedance?
