Astral Projection [Spirituality & Religion]

Can Astral Projection be real ? can it be false is the mind experiencing the trip or is the astral body leaving the pyshical body?
I want to know everyones opinion on the matter.

Overworked myself and noises affected and sort of help disorient me. I layed down to sleep came out of my body and saw my body laying there
