Astral Projection [Spirituality & Religion]

Can Astral Projection be real ? can it be false is the mind experiencing the trip or is the astral body leaving the pyshical body?
I want to know everyones opinion on the matter.

I believe it is real. When I have "dreamed" of floating, and being able to fly at will, I know it is not a dream. It was too real.

do u think it was a lucid dream or ap do u believe that scientists and governements know more than they let on i this topic ?

@Casteddu2016: I know it was not a dream. It was too real, well I have had maybe 3 of those experiences, and it was the most wonderful, happy feeling I have ever had. Yes, of course the government knows a lot more than we know about many, many things.And, I have never tried to Astral project.

@Xena1234: wow its experiences that u get and others that makes me want to know more about this maybe its why meditation is not prectised in schools as an education ? enlightenment is not in their best interest
