I skip "arm days." They're my least favorite. But now I'm looking at my noodle arms flapping in the wind, and I realize I have to work on more than leg strength. Good grief. I hate working out my arms.

At the least, I've got to get myself to the fitness level I was at when I was 20. Because what I'm able to do right now isn't good enough. Should have kept up on it.
