Well in some people's imagination yes.. but they seem to forget all those REALLY creepy pictures of Trump.. and they forget, (because it's convenient for them) that there's about a million perfectly reasonable explanations for Biden's behaviour. He could be whispering reassurance to the child, telling them a joke to help put them at their ease.
He's a tactile person.. sure that can be unwelcome by some people and we should never assumes it's ok but research shows that actually not touching and not responding on a human level to children is extremely detrimental to their wellbeing, especially when they are stressed or upset. I work in an area where children often need comforting.. many of my female colleagues are tactile.. and I admire them for it..
So do we have double standards now? Men cannot comfort children without being accused of molestation? Wouldn't the right-wing nutters be the first to complain about false allegations and the damage it can do?
I think people who want to see something that isn't there need to look again and perhaps wonder why they are so desperate to believe that.

@Snorky Ahh forgive me.. I didn't know I was in the presence of an expert on Body language, where did you get your degree from. Was it before or after you got the degree in mind reading?
Personally, I don't make judgements like that unless I can speak to the person involved.. I think it did mention he looks like he is saying things to reassure them BECAUSE they are nervous at a public event.. Most kids would be nervous in that situation.. and NO ONE is going to be groping a kid at a public event.. So I am mindful that it seems like people with an agenda are seeing what they want to see her.. Let's hope it's not projection eh!
