Do you watch soap operas?

I've never been able to get into them 🤷🏾‍♂️.

I used to. But I was into the early CBS soaps: “As The World Turns” and “Guiding Light”
One of the neighbors who kept me would fix cocoa and then turn on her “stories” and we’d watch.

@bijouxbroussard I did learn some, along with Spanish class in high school. Unfortunately I forgot most it after about 6 years, though 😂.

@Zoranna I don’t know if I ever told you, my mother loved “The Young And The Restless”, even though she would record it and watch it in the evening. During a reunion with classmates in New York, she discovered that the cast was having a meet and greet in NYC so she and her friends went to see them. She actually took a photo with actor Eric Braeden and sent it home to Pop, written on the back:
“Having a great time; ran off with Victor Newman. See you when we get back.”

Fortunately, Pop also has a sense of humor; he read it and deadpanned, “Oh, dear, your mother’s gone away with this Victor Newman fellow ! But it won’t last.” 🤣
