I wrote a lengthy formal manual for my workplace on how to operate, troubleshoot, and run things for newbies and veterans alike. It took several years in the making. Should I ask for a bonus, some PTO, or at least a cooler for all my work?

At least 73 pages so far, with figures, charts, photos, illustrations it will surely be 100+ pages.

Think I'll start with asking for some beer and a cooler.

I wouldn't ask for a bonus. If they appreciate the extra work you put in hopefully they will reward you with a bonus or raise.

Started from notes way back in 2007 and grew to included guidelines, guides, procedures, policy, illustrations, diagrams, etc... so yeah, would be nice.
