Have you been keeping a list of every negative thing she has said to you? If not, then start now. This will go a long way to seeing her dismissed.

Uh yeah this is straight up harassment. As others have mentioned, write down what is being said, time and date. Say nothing about this to the other person, and don't respond back, and don't say anything to other workers about the situation. People who may say they are your friends, or won't say anything, are not your friends. Seen it happen too many times.
