When I brought someone in for a second interview, it meant we were interested in them. I was impressed if they had questions for me and if they had done some research on the company to show they were interested in us.

I never jumped through the interview hoops. I laid everything on the line at the first meeting. If they didn't make up their mind after that, I was heading to the competition. Every time the result was "when can you start?" EVERY time.
