Should I call off from work tomorrow?

I did last Monday. If you are feeling tired, overwhelmed, or just need a break then please do. I needed a mental health day. Work was hectic i hadn't been sleeping i felt like a zombie. Lol my boss gave me a raise and said yes! Take the day. Im so thankful

It is good that companies call it a "mental health day".

That way, workers do not have to fib that they are sick, or that their grandma died (again) or whatever.
