How many alarms do you set to get you up for work?

@TallMtnMedic I never could sleep late, but once she retired, she doesn't want to be bothered before 10.

Actually, I did on vacation recently while on a cruise. I get it.

@TallMtnMedic It's partially that I don't sleep well and I wake up a lot and look a the clock.

Mines a Hatch Restore. You should try it. It will take time to get used to a new way of waking up though. I’m used to jumping out of bed when the alarm goes off. With this I lounge around a little because I woke up slow

@DreamyCrush I always snooze the alarms and struggle to get up, sometimes sleep through all of them.

@Magenta I think it's great to live on a natural time cycle like that--as long as you're getting enough sleep.

@Harmonium1923 Indeed. I drift off easily and sleep well, thankfully.
I used to use an alarm though, years ago when I worked out not from home.
