How many alarms do you set to get you up for work?

I can’t be the only one who sets an alarm clock, then 5 alarms on my phone for 6am-6:20am?

@Magenta I think it's great to live on a natural time cycle like that--as long as you're getting enough sleep.

@Harmonium1923 Indeed. I drift off easily and sleep well, thankfully.
I used to use an alarm though, years ago when I worked out not from home.
