based solely on how high so many of the employees have been in a few of them ive gone into, Id say the drug test isn't what you are thinking, but more of a " is it good" kind of thing...

Marijuana is not a drug. It’s medicine .

If you work at a place that legally sells weed, then chances are it's legal to use weed in that state or country..at that point, a drug test for weed makes no sense. 🤷‍♀️

I'd think it would be beneficial to hire someone who uses weed and has knowledge about it if they work there. And as long as they aren't so high that they are unable to work, then it's fine.

It’s a work place. Surely everyone needs to be drug tested. It’s only what you don’t have a prescription for is when you’re in trouble.

No, half the time the people that work in dispensaries are clearly sampling the wares themselves.

They still screen for drugs like cocaine, meth, and heroin. Nobody likes hiring tweekers and junkies, especially stoners.
