If you work at a pot shop
Do you have to take a drug test before you're hired and then have random screenings or do they just kind of forgo the whole drug use question.

If you work at a place that legally sells weed, then chances are it's legal to use weed in that state or country..at that point, a drug test for weed makes no sense. 🤷♀️
I'd think it would be beneficial to hire someone who uses weed and has knowledge about it if they work there. And as long as they aren't so high that they are unable to work, then it's fine.
